Help! We’re Trapped in the Basement! Okay, not really... but we DID spend some serious time down there, extracting several inches of water and carefully prepping rugs for their trip back to the shop for a little TLC! We made sure everything was dried out, organized, and ready for the next steps—no basement flood is too much for our team to handle! We might not have been actually trapped, but we sure gave it our all to get everything back to normal!

The management reached out to us due to there being a water damage from defective construction. The pipe broke on the first-floor ceiling, flooding several units within the complex. We diligently worked with the tenants to remove belongings and ensure that the belongings were safe during mitigation, effectively remove flooring and drywall, and fully dry all parts of the structure. Once the dry out had been completed, we continued to restore the property, allowing the tenants to safely move back into the units with a clean and proper bill of health.
