  After I called, they sent out a couple of technicians within the hour. Both technicians were friendly and kept me informed on what they were doing throughout the whole process of finding the leak and cleaning up afterwards. Mold was found and treated. Machines were left to dry up all the moisture caused by the leak. And, they even assisted in finding a plumber to fix the leak. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
