I recently found surface mold in my son's closet due to lack of air flow + high temperatures in the closet. In a panic I called Special Touch and was connected with Nathan. Nathan assured me this was something Special Touch could handle, and his team would come out first thing Monday to address it. Both Ryan and Bailee showed up before 9AM on Monday prepared to remove the surface mold. They determined the cause by doing exploratory work & using various instruments for moisture readings. The entire process took an hour. They were able to clean everything in the closet & spray safe chemicals to prevent future growth. Their professionalism and willingness to answer my 5,000 questions is so appreciated. Furthermore they took me to my attic and gave me some tips on managing the air system so this type of thing would not reoccur. I cannot recommend Special Touch enough-- if you're local to Alabama these guys are who you need when you find yourself in a serious situation with your home or business.
