We closed on our new home and within 2 weeks living there discovered MAJOR Water/Mold Damage from a unknown hot water heater . Jamison Charles was a godsend! I contacted many mitigation companies and read so many reviews with negative experiences. I felt at a loss and beyond overwhelmed. Jamison Charles never made me feel rushed or like I was just dollar signs for them. Jamison & Owner Nathan answered all questions /calls/info our homeowners adjustor requested etc. The staff that came out to do the initial inspection as well as the staff that did the water and mold mitigation were also very respectful and caring. Jamison, Nathan, and their staff treat others as they would want to be treated! Genuine compassionate souls!
